Ellectrify™ ® is a federally registered trademark of Ellectrify, Inc. U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 97833269. The ® symbol denotes that the mark is officially registered in the United States. At the same time we use TM to reinforce our continuous claim to the Ellectrify brand. All other names, logos and designs on this site or on our products are trademarks or service marks of Ellectrify, Inc.

Patent‑Pending Technology
Our proprietary connector is currently patent pending under U.S. Patent Application No. 19/319,691. We have filed this application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and are awaiting issuance. Our products and packaging are marked “Patent Pending” to clearly give public notice that this technology is under review.

All intellectual property rights are reserved, including but not limited to trademarks, patent‑pending technology, copyrights and trade secrets. Unauthorized use of Ellectrify™ ® or of our patent‑pending connector may result in legal action.
