Shipping and Returns

Shipping
We process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs shown at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

To initiate a return, follow our return process as outlined on this page. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically process within 7 business days after approval.

Non‑Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return. These include personalized or custom-made products, final-sale items, and any item not in resalable condition.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, request the exchange when you begin your return. We will process exchanges similarly to returns, once we receive and inspect the original product.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it promptly through our return process. We will review your claim, and if approved, provide instructions for return or replacement.

Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update our Shipping & Returns policy at any time. Any changes take effect immediately once posted on this page.
