What to include in your support message

To help us assist you faster, please include:

  1. Your order number (if applicable)

  2. The product name & model

  3. A description of the issue (with photo/video if possible)

  4. Your contact email and preferred time zone


Response Time & Escalation

We aim to respond to all support enquiries within 24 business hours. If after 48 hours you haven’t heard from us, please resend your message with the subject line Escalation – Ellectrify Support.
For warranty claims, we will evaluate your request and respond with next-steps within 3 business days.
