- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the USA.
- For backordered products, please allow an additional 3-4 weeks after availability for delivery.

Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on orders totaling $250 or more within the USA.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only to U.S. addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

30-Day Love It or Leave It Guarantee
We are confident in the quality and benefits of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer our 30-Day Love It or Leave It Guarantee to ensure your peace of mind.
- If you are not fully satisfied with your product within the first 30 days, we will replace it with one more suitable to your needs or issue a refund (minus handling costs and a 15% restocking fee).
- Shipping costs for returns and replacements will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- The original buyer must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the proper shipping address before returning any items.
- Any missing parts or damages to the product will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds take up to 30 days to process after the return is received.
Custom Orders
- Custom and non-stocking orders are non-refundable.
- We will repair or replace any defective parts within the one-year warranty period, provided the original buyer covers shipping costs and obtains a RA# before returning any products.
One-Year Warranty
All Ellectrify products come with a one-year conditional warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
